Review:
PhotoInstrument enables you to retouch your photos. This application is mostly suited for professional photographers that need to edit, fix and enhance raster images. PhotoInstrument supports all the popular graphic formats and doesn’t require many system resources.
The graphical user interface of Photo-Instrument is very neat and intuitive. From the left side of the main window you can access various tools for optimizing your image. The program is recommended for those who want to get rid of skin imperfections or unwanted image objects. By applying image effects like: blur, sharpen, smudge, dodge, burn, etc. you can come up with amazing results.
One particular tool that I liked is called “Skin Cleaner”. It allowed me to remove imperfections from a portrait that didn't look good. Also, the filter for removing noise from images helped me remove various objects while preserving the rest of the photo.
PhotoInstrument comes only with few settings, but I still think that it is a powerful tool for image editing and it bring more fetures in next versions.
